looking to swap my 1.4SRi engine to one of these, will it go straight in?how much will the engine be?wot sort of bhp will i be looking at standard. how much will i need to spend on the engine to get it 150bhp?

About £600, then you've got to spend £1000+ to get 150bhp and about 120lb/ft.
A 2.0l will give you 150bhp and at least 140lb/ft so will be the cheaper option by far.
Insurance may cost more, depends if your gonna tell them any mods to the 1.6.

right ho but it will cost me a bit just to get the engine in, what with the engine mounts etc?
