Yup every gets the same problem I think

Between 3-4 pints and once you've broken the seal, it's deffo a trip every pint!

If i hold it in for about 4 points i can last longer further on in the night - but that aint really that good for your bladder but i hate going toilet when im out - what if i miss something like!!!
