I love my Corsa 1.4 16V Sport, but want more power! Dunno whether to drop in a 2.0 16V redtop.
OR
Buy a Peugeot 106 GTI ( 0-60 in 8.3 seconds standard) and keep it standard except exhaust, panel filter, superchip.

I've got a standard 106 and love it to bits. The only problems i've found with mine is it's a bit tight when you get 2 people in the front and the pedals are a bit close together. I dunno if to mod mine or just get rid of it and get something a bit big when i get my first No Claims. Mine is a great little car to throw around bends etc with it being so light.

mates got a 106 gti in silver cant reccommend enuf.
one of ma fave cars to be honest-handlin is mint, they r fast as standard, sets u back in seat, they look amazing and u can get sum wi leather int as standard.
wud def hold out 4 leather int.
if u do go for gti, get an ecosse air filter-they r the best even tho expensive

ecosse isnt necessarily the best, you have to drill thru the slam panel at the front to fit it and some ppl havet had good performance results from them.
best bets are BMC sealed induciton kit, or the 'taipan' cut price alternative that steve has
