i lowered my corsa 45mm on 15" wheels a couple of months ago and its a shockin bumpy ride now so I was thinkin of shellin out the money and put the shocks in to, but a mate said that puttin the shocks in will make it worse, I thought that puttin shocks in would just make the car like normal just lower by 45mm
And whats the difference between shocks and dampers??
whats better?

THEY ARE THE SAME THINGS , JUST GET SHOCKS TO MATCH YOUR SPRINGS.NORMALLY ANYTHING SHORTER THAN 35MM SPRINGS NEEDS SHOCKERS ASWELL.

it will stop it bouncing around so much, ride will be firmer, but the handling will be improved no end. shocks make a hell of a lot more difference than springs do.
however on my bros corsa he has my old pi 35mm springs and some new apex shokcs, and the ride is still pretty comfy compared to mine.

so to make your ride smoother go for the shocks and i wouldnt want the old ones to go even if peeps av went down 60mm on standard it wud likely b my luck for mine to wreck just on 45mm so thats why im changin
How much would a set of shocks cost?
