PVD sell -75mm/-50mm springs. Is it possible on standard arches? How much work would be involved? The wheels are Masitaly VT5Rs (et 45) with 205/40/17 Falkens. Got Koni adjustable dampers set to hardest so the gap between arch and tyre dosent change much. Or should i just get 60mm springs? Any help appreciated.

i have 60mm springs on 17's and the ride is awful, and its so bad at even the slightest bump in the road you can feel it through your back and the amount of times the back end of my car has actually left the floor on bumps is scary. plus it cains up bulbs and cd's jump all the time. oh, i had too do shedloads of arch work too stop the rims rubbing.

drop it 60 at most mate im dropped 60 on 16's and its a pain in the ass, plus you'd need 49mm offset wheels and a bit of work done to the arches i reckon!

Lowest you'll get with a 17" x 7" rim and 205/40 rubber is 65mm on the front then its sat on arch. Similar with the rear. Good luck mate, i got so fed up with having to make my suspension ROCK hard 60mm down on 17's to stop scrub I sold them...
