do u have to take theory at any particular time....do u have to pass it before they let u on the road in a learner car or can u do it while on the road in a learner car?

yeh i gota w8 to the 19th to send off for me provisional coz i need an eye test b4 it to say whether i need glasses to drive and read number plates from 20m....hoping to b on the road by march
