Seen a car today that when it stopped and parked up the headlamps seemed to go from red to green to blue, more off an led within the headlight thou rather than the actual headlamp bulb, anyone know what this is all about ??  have seen the max power " tint n flash " lights for the headlamps, which give off a blue colour when driving and blink blue when car is parked but not sure about the 3 colour arrangment, anyone know anymore ??

yeah they are cos i have them and they change the tint of ur dipped beam all the time
