My cars up for sale and everyday i get a call from "car data" or "motorlink" who reckon they have people interested in my car. But I have to pay £79,99 to register with them. But once the car is sold through them, I then get my £79.99 back.

Spoke to 2 poeple who used them and they didnt do anything.

Its getting so annoying.

Any one else had this problem?

yeh i used to get fone calls all the time when i was sellin me corsa, best just 2 ignore them m8

If they ring again, ask them to sing the full version of stand by me down the phone and say you'll pay the money if they do.....

My sisters fella does this they won't ring again if you do

Yes, do not use car data... they usually get ur number from auto trader

DO NOT USE CAR DATA

After numerous calls from them, i eventually gave in and said, yeah ok, i'll do it. Messed em around so much asking for discounts etc and basically made the guy feel an idiot (as it was the same guy who kept calling), and then just told him at the end of it all, i had sold the car days before.

hence why you see NO Canvasers at the bottom of autotrader ads
