Occured to me quite how much money Ive spent on the Corsa, so wondered where other people stood regarding this.

The poll is for the amount you've spent AFTER buying the car. NOT including the price of originally purchasing the vehicle.

Me, Ive done close on 10k modifications

if you enjoy it thats not a waste of money.

spending money on anything that depreciates can be looked at as a waste of money but life would be dull if all we did was place money in high interest accounts and never spend it because we were scared of wasting it.

Why not spend it on prospering shares etc? Then mod a car when your 70+ By the time the car's finished your snuff it and the next of kin are left with a worthless car

Holidays are the biggest waste of money because you have nothing to show for it but then you work to enjoy your money not look at it.

I disagree, our home in america is very nice and probably one of the best things in life for me is going to visit over in the states.

4200 I have spent on my car.... the cost of it.

I don't work so my next of kin can benefit. i don't even have a next of kin I work so that I can enjoy life. I have a pension I have life insurance what I do with the rest of my money is have a good time, spend it on what makes me happy. Theres no point having money if you don't enjoy it.

Buying a house in America is an investment not a holiday. the fact that you can go there every year is a bonus and a cheap holiday Ive been to america three times in the last year, best place in the world to buy a house, where abouts is it?
