Some of those characters can be found in the standard Windows "Character Map", usually found at:

Start Menu -> Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> Character Map

Copy/paste the symbol you want into Excel......as for the ones that aren't on there, your guess is as good as mine...

Or you can download a trial-version of the Unicode-Keyboard software from here.
