Sorry guys but these have to be asked
I have been flicking through the help and FAQ threads but some seem to be empty so here goes...
1. I have just bought a M reg 8v 1.4 Corsa - i keep seeing Corsa C & B names being used. Am i Corsa B, yeah?
2. The only exterior body work i intend on doing in the near future is a rear spoiler preferably with a LED. How much am i looking for the price this?
3. Gear knob - I've read about it can either be a pain in the arse or easy to get it off so when i pick it up tomorrow im going to have a bash at it. Because of the gear lift for reverse i was wondering if there is any specific knobs that people recommend or frequently use?
Thats all! I shall probably frequent here with more pathetic newbie questions, but hey, we are all new once.
Cheers guys.

apparently you can get the gear knob off by using a hair dryer on the thing then pulling on it. Although i would look at using a paint stripper (heat gun jobby), it will warm it up nicely (although dont stick it too close, otherwise the currently knob will melt )

You don't cut knob off as suggested above..
Just a bit pressure on it..Twisting and pulling and it will come eventually..

Ok, i was intending on keeping the old one so a hacksaw jobby wasn't on the cards.

DONT heat the actual gear nob, twist and pull it off, it does come off if you use some force, then you will probably be left with the yellowy-white bit that holds the gearnob to the gear stick, this is what you could heat up or as i did, get some mole grips on it and rip the fooker off!
