I have a laptop with xp which i used to have an 820cxi printer on, ive just given the printer to my gf to use at uni on her uni pc with xp but she needs the drivers. She cant dl them off the net so where can i get them from on my laptop?

cant you network the pcs.

Search for drivers over the connection?

Sure there in system32/system folder not 100% though

try here there normally good.click on member login the user id is drivers and the password is all

Those drivers aren't on the HP website because they are built into windows XP. If you use the printer as USB you don't even need to set it up yourself, its plug and play.
