Right putting my Re-built C16XE in tomoz, the GSI engine i have in at the mo i think has an F16 gear box, the one i am putting in has a F15, which is the best to use

You wont have an F16 in there at the moment. Only F15 was fitted to GSi's. F16 is a WR gearbox suited for bottom range astra mk4's and the old vectras, and maybe the cavalier 1.6's.
