I used to send the pictures straight from my camera (so I got the best quality) so I don't think so, no...

Doesn't look like they have a limit, just that they conform to equivilent standard sizes (6"x4", 7"x10", etc)

When you upload them they will accept std sizes (film sizes) or std 4:3 digital pictures -- they will print them on either sized paper and/or just crop them to fit...
The software you download does it all for you and them uploads with your details, etc... very good imo

I used boots to do mine.
I had 250 pictures on disk i wanted printing, they charged me £25 for a five day service.
I could have gone for a 24 hour service for £60
I know it's not online, but i thought it was a good price.

I've just looked at some of the pics and they range from 300kb to 2.2mb
They were holiday pictures, some taken using my friends camers and some taken using mine.
When we got home we put them all on the computer together, then picked out the ones we wanted printing, put them on disk, then off to boots.

boots are the worst for developing pictures IMO, one year i went ayia napa with an x and me mates, took my photos to boots to get developed, paid the money, went to pick em up, they weren there, went next day, no luck, went everyday for 2 weeks and no1 had a clue wot was goin on! 3 weeks past, nothing happened. so me dad wrote a letter to head office complaining and they sent back a £50 voucher which was nite! but i woulda rather had the photos! never trusting boots ever again!

It sounds like someone lost your pictures and did'nt want to take the blame.
Were the pics on film or cd,media card ect?
