Right time has come to sell my corsa C,only had it a year now,but itsa 1.0l and slow as fcuk....looking for a new car round about a 1.6/1.8, got 12k to spend....options at the mo are vw golf, seat leon, n hyundai coupe...ne1 else got ne suggestions? looking for sumfin reliable, well built with a bit of power....all comments appreciated!

if you have 12k you could get an Intergra Type R and insurance and still have money left.

wanted to stay clear of vauxhall, ive had 2 nova's, a corsa b n a corsa c, and i work at vx head office, sowannaget away from vx really!

audi a3 sounds good, never considered tht b4, lookingfor a bigger too so polo's, corsa's, etc are out....

1.8t will be scrapped then, looking at payin 1500 max for insurance

looking at the same kind of budget myself, but waiting til March when i'm 21 to insure anything reasonably fast.
Looking at an Astra coupe 2.0 turbo or 2.2, possibly Golf gti and a Toyota Celica.

Really want a Skyline tho

yeah was thinkin astra coupe 1.8 but i hear they have crap gear boxes..

been meaning to arrange a test drive 4 ages, so don't know what they are like to drive yet.

Been driving a new vectra 2.2 sri for a while (company car, i haven't bought it) and its quite quick but the gear box is pretty shoddy.
