.......this is really anoying as when you put your foot down you can hear this bloddy thing rattling and vibrating all the time
.....anyone any suggestions as to what i can do to stop this rattling or get whatever is in the backbox out!

take the backbox off and give it a good shake, sounds like the silencer inside has come loose could need a new back box , normally happens if it hits a speed bump or summit

if it has got a lifetime warranty then anything that goes wrong with it while you own the zorst then it should be replaced.

how can you check to see if it is the baffle plates that have gone, coz you cant exactly see them that easy and i dont want to attack it with an angle grinder just yet

make sure there is no foreign objects in tailpipe , then take off the exhaust if nothing falls out then i would say its the baffle's.Take it to where you bought it and ask for replacement.

hey folks i took my zorst back to ASCAR and they noticed that the baffels had gone so they replaced the back box
.....there was still this god damn rattle!
took it back and they checked it again, they noticed that the insides of the silencer had all blown out or just disappeared some where and it was that that was making all the god damn anoying noise that tests the sanity of your ear drums (just like the racket that ya mrs makes when you wont take her shopping)
.......anyway ill stop baffling (no pun intended) i just basically wanted to say "MY ZORST IS EVENTUALLY MENDED AND SOUNDS SWEET AS F*CK, AFTER NEARLY 7 MONTHS OF BANGING, RATTLING AND LEAKING, THANK GOD AT LAST!)
.....sorry just had to get that off my chest

well i got my zorst in march this year and since then it has been back for brackets and joints leaking, new back box as the baffles had gone, a silencer as it was way too loud when i first got it, to have new rods fitted to the back box as the zorst wasn't sitting straight, once to replace the silencer coz all the insides of it had somehow disappeared and once because it was only blowing fumes out of one cannon....all together i have been back i think 10 or 11 times i have spent hours altogether in there waiting room waiting for it to be mended....i also live about 45 minutes away from sheff so its not like its on my doorstep neither
....on the other hand though they never questioned any of the problems and always did the work straight away...also they gave me trade discount on my next zorst system for my troubles,
