ive been offered a 1.6 gsi corsa on s plates for 2k its had a paint job in darkish mettalic green but its miles away... could ne1 post me a pic so i can get a rough idea of what it would look like before i do a 300 mile round trip just to look at it pweeeeeese with a cherry on top

Try taking a look in 'Demo' or 'StoneyGinger' galleries. Rio Verde Green cars...

The 1.6 Sport never had a different bodykit like the GSi did -- so to be honest it will look just like any other 1998/99 Corsa B with a rear spoiler...

And as said there is no S plate GSi -- he might have just stuck the badges on though

No one would do an engine conversion (no point really)... but they might have stuck a GSi bodykit on it -- in that case deffo look at StoneyGinger's garage as he had a GSi lookalike in Rio Verde Green...

I'd say a 1.6 Sport on S plates is probably a bit cheap at £2k

Get it's history checked -- might have been in an accident...

Ask them to see a copy of the HPI check if they are the ones who did it, if they can't, then ask them to get one & show it to you, you should then be able to ring up the company who did the check & just confirm the details with them for free

yes a few n plats kicking about. Went from Aug 1993 to Sept 1995. Only K/L reg models had C16XE engine.
