anyone ever owned one or know what they are like? a friend of a friend is giving away pups and not sure whether or not to get one.

i was initially looking along the lines of a labrador but mayeb i should go for this any thoughts?

best dog ever, trust me

i've got one

bout 13 months old, absolutly blinding

very friendly, need to be walked 2 to 3 times a day as very enegetic, very very clever as well

ne questions u need ansewed feel free to ask me

hmm very energetic?? how far would you walk it a day? i have plenty of fields right beside my house so loads of space to run about etc

yep, tahts what u need, some where to let it run about for a while, took mine out for the first time and cud'nt belive how fast they are either

take mine over one of the local fields, let it chase a ball for bout 30 mins and walk home

then just take it for a walk round the block in the afternoon or eve

only problem is they will chase anything, cars, rabbits, balls. anything that moves really

sounds like fun, just reminds me of a springer spaniel my mate had, i swear it was fucking looped!!

with JR on this one. Had a border collie for 7-8 years before I moved out, was a fantastic dog, very clever too.

get one, mine (jasper) was the best dog i have ever had. unfortunately he had to be put to sleep in jan this year due to illness. wen we get a new dog we r deffo gettin one of these again

My g/f's dog is half border collie -- most intelligent dog I know -- very friendly and doesn't bark all the time (bonus )
