The control wire must be connected to the middle dial becuase it still clicks into postions for the different airflow ratings and it still clicks into place whne you pull it out for the rear window, so I'm ruling out a detached control wire (unless you think otherwise).
I've only just changed the fuse, so I think I've got to rule that out to.
Anybody got an idea? If so, how much am I looking at to get it sorted?

So the interior fan doesn't blow at all at any speed? Probably the unit itself. £10 from a scrappy.

It's wierd it's like it's stuck on the first fan setting or something.

Yea, there is air flow. But it's very little and non-adjustable

There is a big resistor thing on the motor, these can fail, its easier to replace the whole unit I think, thats what I was told when I lost 2 speeds on my nova one anyway.
Can you turn it off?

There's always a constant flow of air coming from the vents, as if the setting was on 1
