Just going by all the "horror" stories on ADSL Guide, which I read through back when I was on Tiscali dial-up......which was amazingly useless, and the premium-rate tech-support staff were about as much use as a chocolate teapot (I hung up on one when he got confused because his machine had locked up and he didn't know what to do - he was almost crying, would have been amusing if I wasn't paying 50p/minute). Their email-support is next-to-useless, aswell (they blamed their dial-up number being inaccessible from 7 different parts of the country (I got my mates to test it when mine didn't work) on my dial-up settings).

Hence my dislike of Tiscali......oh, and the dial-up account I cancelled about 7 months ago? I can still access the mailbox with it...

we used to use em for our customers at work

they are as useful as a chocolate teapot!!!!

Ive got tiscali. im on about 3 hours a day (sometimes more) and never had 1 problem.
