lol - the whole point of it, is to keep my full service history, which is immaculate since time of manufacture.
I could get oil, filter + fuel filter for £18 odd quid (thu mate @ motor factors), and thats like Mobile 1, and fram filters, and do it myself in no more than 30mins including gettin tools out etc!

Whilst £64 is not cheap I considered it to be reasonable enough for the work that I had carried out. £191 is just a joke.

I wouldn't pay it. I'd demand to see the manager.
Besides, oil change, do it urself ya lazy git Fuel filter should only take 10 mins to do as well.

No - thats the price for just oil+filter, and fuel filter. Thats not even an engine flush or anything!!
yeah - i mean i'm gettin the interim service done @ a local garage now, but its the point of having fPsh, that i wanted to keep.
Could you imagine the price of a FULL 20k SERVICE??? Any guesses?? and i'll call 2moz for another laugh!!!

no, they gave me a full service in the end as well, the p1 i think, the expensive one anyway as they realised who i was after and all the work they had done anyway on the car when i first bought it, still bloody dear though. im sure labour is about 60 per hour there or something liek that for pug

lol @ lazy. nah, trust me, i've got the time, tools and knowledge (sod all to know) to do it, its just the whole "service history" thing! ah well!! lol
Fuel filter = piece of piss on 306 TDs!! its inside a plastic container in the engine bay, with 4 bolts on top. literally a 1 min job (that time includes dropping the sodding bolts on the floor etc)

I phoned the dealership which is next to my work as well. And just for the oil change + oil filter, was £105 inc VAT. So they aint gonna be far off!

i mean its not worth me spending that sorta money, coz at the end of the day, i'm not gonna get that sorta £££ back just from having FSH.
i'll just keep the pug running sweet - by changing the oil f every 3k, then at a garage every 12k
No one can moan then

thing is but with SH's, how legit are they?!? was it cybermonkey who bought his car with a FSH from vauxhall & it turned out the service history started 2yrs before the car was built
im not exactly fussed about service history's, if you know what to look for when your buying & even get it checked out by a specialist, then i dont consider SH to be essential
