Thats how it started. When we were doing mail order the prices were cheaper. Its mainly the shops that bring in money. Now as anyone will know to keep a shop going you have up the price slightly to cover the overheads. But people normally dont mind this as they know tyhe service is good and they want to keep the shop where it is and not see it go under.

Its ok for some companies that just operate a website, what overheads do they have compared to a shop. Ok, i agree, somethings we are far more expensive than other companies but at least you know the level or service and commitment to the customer is always our number 1 priority so you can be assured your order will be correct and on time (depending on royal mail of course)

Sotty, I own the shop in inverness, that free delivery service is somthing i am doing off my own back. Not all shops are willing to provide this service.
