Rite i have 2 videos on my pc that ive downloaded off bittorrent...
I now cant rename/move/delete these files that ive downloaded off bit torrent because it says file is in use.
This message still comes up when im not even online!
So ive deleted all my bittorrent software and it still wont leave me delete them.
So there is somthing in the background thats still using these files.
When i press ctrl+alt+del there is no applications running
but there are loads of processess running with programs under the names of "pluguni.exe" for example and i dont know which ones are safe to close!
Someone help me i need to get anything that is bit torrent off my pc cause its pissing me off now but i dont know what to look for!

Thats the file name
Elf.(VideoCD).DivX.TS.DaDuck
Does this mean people can download this file off me when its named like this? How do i rename it or delete it cause i need some free space and cant be arsed to watch it

Have you checked thats its still not being used, try ctrl alt delete and then look at your process's and see if there are any btdownloadgui.exe still running?
Also if that fails then try booting up in safe mode then delete them.
