nah mate, leave the amp/sub deal and go for the rockford deal - get 12" sub in box and amp + wiring kit for 200 quid
then you'll have more money to spend on the comps - such as infinity's, although you will need to get a seperate amp to power your front comps, which will set you about 100 quid mark

rockford deal - http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/product_info.php?products_id=2537
to be honest mate, it depends what ya after. The rockford sub is only 150w, so it aint gonna be shaking your car but will add some nice bass to it. But if you've got the cash to burn, look at audiobahn's for your sub. for around 150quid mark you can get a nice 550wRMS sub, then another 300-500 quid for the amp to push out the 550wRMS to it. Box will set you back 50-80 quid That will give you car a nice shake
As for 10"/12"....get a 12" if your into your dance etc (and will be ok for other stuff too) and will give some nice bass but not that tight, get a 10" if your into garage etc which needs precise bass, but not that low.

Heres a good deal:
http://caraudiosecurity.com/catalog/product_info.php+cPath+60_98_171+products_id+2138
The amp & sub are perfectly matched. & those JBL power subs are real good. Its a 12" aswell which would suit your music tastes! The 'Power Series' are the second top of the range not including the dual voice coil models.

The Kenwood amp is only a 2 channel amp so you wouldn't be able to run the front speakers off it sorry. The amp is also rated at 460w rms when bridged & the sub has an rms of 300w. So the amp & sub combination are fine corsa lad.

If I take these components for example:
http://caraudiosecurity.com/catalog/product_info.php+cPath+60_61_109+products_id+1204
And sub:
http://caraudiosecurity.com/catalog/product_info.php+products_id+1424
You have:
doors: 90w rms @ 4 ohms
sub : 300w rms @ 4 ohms.
On paper AT LEAST, this amp fulfills your requirements:
http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/product_info.php?products_id=2699&tab=2
The amp:
4 channels, 4x100w rms.
2x100 runs your door speakers &
2 channels bridged to give 300w rms goes to your sub. This is only going by what the caraudio direct site states.

The back would overpower the front end. You are best to just do your sounds in stages. Get the sub and amp deal & the month after get some components.
