Regular Classes:
Adult : Classes include aerobics, step/aerobics/tone class, body conditioning, body pump, body combat, fitness instruction, 50+ fitness, stretch & tone, old tyme dance, salsa, badminton, step, circuit class, yoga, fitness suite.

Children and Young People : Regular activities include mini-gymnastics, badminton, gymnastics, handball, judo, football (beginners & intermediate), trampoline for beginners (5 years+), trampoline (intermediate). Creche available, please contact reception for more information.

Events: Birthday Parties - single activity (5-a-side, basketball, volleyball) or multi activity parties can be arranged. Bouncy castle available. Contact reception for details on packages and arrangements for party food.

its a bit held back again.... changed my mind on cam profiles

have two sets of cams for sale now.....

I need a new set plus solid lifters etc...

Plus.... looks likely that im going to be going away for 6weeks or so again in a week or so

so... prob end of Jan before anything gets started
