No - c12nz's didnt have em fitted as standard. In fact, it wont have a front ARB as standard.
Front one is worth it, rear makes NO difference.
i fitted both from a GSi on my 93 1.2 LS. Both easy to fit. Front envokes understeer in wet (even when on wide 15"s), but helps no end in the dry 
Whateva ppl will tell u the rear does, fittin one to a 1.2 8v corsa after wards will do sod all.

BTW: Front and rear from GSi both bolt strsight on. GSi had the thickest bar, so meant to be the best.

are the corsa rear antiroll bars not part of the beam? and standard throughout the corsa range?
also uprated fronts envoke understeer as said
uprated rear will envoke oversteer
so you want a balance

Yes, the rear anti-roll bar are fitted as standard to every corsa, except the 1.2 8v (c12nz). The lowest model they fitted ARBs to was the 1.4 8v, upwards.
It is located within the rear beam, using 1 bolt at either end, with a set of 3 rubber brushes in the centre, but easily fitted to a c12nz.
To fit, car 'should' have the rear totally jacked up to ensure minimal stress on bar during fitting + both rear road wheels need removing.
