Anyone advise me as to what the normal method off signal source is for in car tv units ?? have heard off folks using the rear screen elements as part off the aerial ?? splice the normal car stereo aerial ?? what results can you expect for this kind off set up ??

Ideally you would want what my mate has. He has an alpine TV control unit and four aerials that are mounted in all four corners of the car. Reception still isnt too good.
Also frequencies vary as you move... its really difficult to keep a decent signal on the go.
