just a lil problem, tonight it decided it wanted to boil over while it was tickin over , i didnt notice (i was on the fone outside) until i smelt it so not a good start, but i let it cool down n filled it back up with water and it seems ok. iam just wondering whyyy? cant remember hearing the fan kick in - dodgy thermostat? also is there anyway of settin up yer fan soo t'is on a switch?

not seen it about - but it was up 4 sle on fezonline - ur not dav3h off fezonline are u - ie the one who had the red mark 2 golf???

check the sensor plug on the radiator, if thats connected okie, keep an eye on your temp gauge and listen out for your fan

It sounds like the fan switch isnt working. (I think it's in the side of the rad)
You can test the fan by taking the 2 wires off the fan switch and joining them up with a paper clip.

Take the 2 wires off the fan switch, extend them to where you want the switch to be, connect them up to the switch.
