It's stated as 8 passenger seats on my licence so it's you plus 8 as you wouldn't be sitting in a passenger seat.

i think actually its 8 passenger seats
so if its over a nine seater it doesnt matter how many people are actually sat in it!

The license states:
Category B. Motor cars or light vans with up to 8 passenger seats and up to 3500kg with light trailer.
Shouldn't drive a vehicle over a Category B status unless the said license holder is allowed.

its a 15 seater long wheel base transit im driving but with me and 8 people. the bloke we are hiring from says its ok as long as im over 25 with clean licence and been driving over 3 years which is just for ins purposes.
crappin myself though 
@ brody the flight is in at 7.50am so u may see me around  fancy a coffee ive not see u since april is it ????
