focals all the way mate  Although havnt heard anything from rockford, apart from subs which are good 
However, look up some reviews on the net mate and see what they say

not heard them specific models, but last rocky comps i heard fif not inspire!!
gd for subs an amps but stear clear of comps IMO

my lady has the FNQ's in here car, not too sure on the model... They sound  I have heard both, and IMO i would say to go for JL Audio  cos they kick ass

Type R comps are 50w rms i think, can get em for £100 off the net, 50w any good for components??

type-r's are good but they dont fit in the dorrs without a build, too deep.
