Flat out driving
M25.
3 huge lanes, saturday night after 1am. Nothing on the road, freshly re-surfaced between the A127 and the Bridge. All light up and safe.
Back roads, ooooooo, errr, its been so long since i can drive my car hard round corners I've forgotten

A682 Blacko-Gisburn
Wide, sweeping corners, good tarmac, easy to see, good range of bends and a long flat straight, quiet, no spped camera's, heaven!
It was rated one of the most dangerous roads in the country a bit back though cos of all the accidents on it

Mines is the A905 between fallin and airth, about half a dozen corners on it with a mile long straight in the middle with 2 very trick off camber corners just after it, you've got to have balls to late brake and go for them at high speeds.

wow nizmo that looks fucking phat!!
Round here, my test tracks are...
M40 and A404 (going down hill from high wycombe to maidenhead) for top speed (seen 117 mph several times - on the clocks of course - fucking scary, window wipers flap all over the place).
My basic under momentum, acceleration and general cornering test is 2 roundabouts over M40 + near beaconsfield with a section of dual carriage way inbetween... Also have most of my road races here.
And for twisty driving I have plenty of national speed limit country roads round here which until recently I thought was 70 limit
