i work very close to a NEXT store and last year people where parking on rounderbouts and all along a busy single caragie way
bloody bonkers the police and ticket peeps where haveing a feild day

In Oxford, the Burger King near where Next, Boots, Mothercare etc. is on the Cowley Retail Park opens up really early so the people from Next can go purchase burgers etc... at like 4/5am...
