depends on weight but Royal Mail do items upto 30KG for approx £10.50. Items will take between 3-5working days. Check out http://www.royalmail.co.uk

I know www.parcels2go.co.uk charge £8.99 plus VAT for upto 20kg.
I have sent a set of alloys as 2 parcels (2 alloys wrapped together) and I was charged the above rate which is about £25
