Wanna lower it no lower than 45mm. Whats the best kit or combo of spring and shocks??

Car is a 1.4 16V Sport.

depends on your budget really, i have -40mm Bilstein sprintline shocks and springs and thats pretty good

Relatively expensive though.

im thinkin of getting Eibac springs for mine - they dont' lower much but are supposed to be good handling and ride.
