like a tank and i havnt got a clue wots wrong, is it possible the manifold has gone? if so how much is a afta market one?

Change yer name then

Could be the manifold, it went on my GSi (aswell as everything else:S) it is split into 2 parts, lower part went on mine. Get a sheet of paper and move it across the manifold while its running - you will then know if its blowing

just been out for a lil drive and it sounds like summat blowin and it high revs it sounds like zzzzzzzz (like wen u spin a bike wheel and thn put a stick on it to stop it, if ya get wot i mean)

exhaust manifold gasket? that would cause it too sound like a tank and blow at the same time!

aint sure how much they are mate, aint too much tho, then just gettin it fitted unless your doin it yaself, personally id do it myself!

prob have your car for an hour or so then mate to do the job, but its gotta cool first so expect couple hours labour charge!
