ive been asking about offset an wheel size because i dont have people in my country who are aware of corsa tuning / specifications i want to change the rims on my corsa but i am only getting 40 /42 offset will this adversly affect my corsa also my vehicle is driven every day and does a lot of milage ii dont want to change my rims and encounter additional costs in repairs

What diameter and how much is it lowered?

with the right suspension kit you may just get away with it as the correct vauxhall/openl corsa offset is 45-49 so get the wheels in et42 and ya might just get away with no scrubbin also remove rear arch bolts and bond the arches back on with a strong adhesive

if it still scrubs try gettin a rubber mallet and tappin the inside of the arches so it knocks them out a tad bit

my suspension is stock right now but will all that will happen is scrubbing

i've got 15s in et42 offset lowered 40mmand it doesn't scrub...

only with a full car and a shed load of ice on big bumps it sometimes catches

i am getting a good deal on et 40 any body running et 40 15,16 or 17 inch?

i have et40 16's, but they are a very narrow 6" rim, this counteracts the offset a bit. mine are vaux wheels btw.

I've got 6" x 14" et42's on mine and they fit fine, in fact you can fit 1/2" spacers on the front.

I'm lowered roughly 60mm with 7" wide ET42 16's and NO scrubbing 4 up Standard arches too, no work done to them in the slightest!

would 17s by 7 with ET42 lowered by 40mm Scrub? i will be using coilovers any ideas guys? thanks
