I was under the impression that petrol was cheaper up north. Well i was in Bradford saturday to see Luton Town demolish Bradford City and petrol was either the same as in MK or on avearge about 1p cheaper.

But when i was in Huddersfield 2 months ago it was nearly 8p cheaper

And in Northampton i paid 4p less then MK

Current price in MK per litre of unleaded is 77.9p, 76.9 at a couple of remote ones.

77.9 at tesco, 78.9 at texaco, but i like the people in texaco so still go there!

iv found that northampton is cheap, i pay the same for optimax in northampton as i do for normal unleaded in shropshire

depends on garage not area. we've got petrol stationsacross the road from each other that are different prices. all around 75p though

just don't go to motorway petrol station. 81.9p at esso near nottingham i put £2 in and then filled up when i got home.
