depends on which insurance yoiu have, but it might well be insured for damage. If not, say it was stolen like someone else suggested!

My insurance covered it, just have to fone them and say I just did it (within 12 hours)

if the screen has been damaged then you will have to pay yourself, but if the phone is under a year old and the screen just gone then its covered by the nokia warranty and then it will be free and all you need to do is take to a official nokia repair centre. if you have to pay can be between £20 and £40. wouldnt advise trying it yourself as you need torque screw drivers and if you try yourself and fuck the threads and everything up then can be a right arse to repair and a lot of places wont even bother then
