not sure what to do
should i cut my losses before they get even bigger?
shes 03 03 Corsa 1.4 16v SRi with 6,000 miles finished in Flame Red.
It has Irmscher full front bumper, Irmscher Side Skirts, Irmscher Rear Valance, Irmscher Rear Spoiler, Irmscher Twin Exhaust, Pi 30 or 40mm springs (cant quite remember), 2004 Style Headlamps, Full Colour Coding, Center Armrest, Corsa Mats, All Parts were brand new and cost an absolute arm and leg, Usual Corsa SRi specification, including 16" 5 Spokes, Electric M3 mirrors, Sports Interior, Pedals, CD Player, Leccy windows, Air Con, Remote Locking and Alarm etc etc...
Pictures to follow tonight when i get home from work.
As it stands this car has cost a fortune, i am a bit too worried to total it all up.
If someone made me a sensible offer, i would have to consider selling.
What do you all think???

That car sounds nice. Why not just keep it? At least enjoy the money you spent. No point just spending it, not enjoying then taking a mass depreciation hit.

Mate id consider doing wat i did to mine.
Break the car up and basically put it back to standard.
U will make u money easier doing it like that , believe me.

looked on parkers there and the only price i could get was for a 52.
but close enough.
Original Price > 11425
dealer retail > 7200 (Look at the price drop)
Private good > 6845
Private poor > 4800
Trade > 6075
I know those are standard prices but if u were taking a car to a dealer thne u wouldnt get anymore for having ur mods on the car.

i'd happily standardise the whole car if someone offered some sound money for the irmscher kit.
ive got all the standard bits too anyway
i think £ 8995 is a tidy price for what it is, and the money spent on it.
people are asking figures like this for old corsa b's these days!

2moro, ille begrudgingley calculate a price for the whole irmscher kit.
i think it may be easier to sell the car with whole kit fitted, but i am unsure.

was asking about the irmscher kit when i picked my car up from vauxhall the other day.the salesman reckons even though it's a vauxhall kit and costs loads it does not add 1p more to the value of the car if you trade it in. my comment to him was so if i spent 2k on the full kit painted and fitted and some wheels it's worth no more money and laughed.he looked at me dead serious and said no we would put it back to standard
