how have you found their customer service? did they ask for a copy of your licence when you took policies out?

I used to be with them when I had my ZX 16v, never had any probs with them and never asked for copies of anything.

my gf is with them, shes never had a problems, dont think shes had to send driving license etc, how come? have you been banned?

Nah not been banned, just had a few quotes that are very similar in price so i want to go with the best customer service less hassle company. when i was with greenlight they wanted copies of driving licence etc was a pain in the arse.

They asked for a copy of my Tracker certificate and returned very quickly.

well they couldnt of with me, im paying £260 for a Corsa C Sri 1.4 16v on my dad's insurance and im 19.

tesco insured me fully comp on the v6 with protected no claims £600

i rang them about my wheels, coilovers, filter and zorst 3 months before policy was due to end and they wanted £90 seems ok but when u work it out u are talkin £360 for the year

thats y im waitin til feb when it runs out to finish my car and go with someone else

yes... thinkin about it i never asked if that was like for like so to speak kus if it is then i suppose it aint bad for 1k wheels £200 zorst £600 suspension and £250 filter

tesco (UKI underwritten) won't ask for your license unless you make a claim. same as most insurers...

however, most insurers wh are your first ever, an you're declaring a license for 1 year or less, want to see a copy to ensure you have the relevant entitlement. i you've a previous insurer or a license 2 years + they assume you're properl qualified.

how I know? cos I work for UKI (not Tesco though, I'm on the parterships).
