....and I must say he was totally sound!!!!!!

He came to my car window and said..."what the hell you doing with your fog lights on??" I asked if he would believe I didnt realise and he said erm NO!!!

Apparently the only reason he stopped me was beacuse the police have now been giving targets of people to stop for various things and make aware of what they are doing.

I am now the proud owner of a police "yellow card leaflet" The copper said it might come in handy as a coaster

was pulled once in my old car cus the rear indicator went and made the other bulbs go, got pulled but the bloke was fine.

he explained why he had done it, checked the car, told me replace the bulb, and suggested i replaced the front plate as "we don't want you getting a fine". just agreed and he let me go

had that happen loadsa times, some pigs are actually ok, they will generally treat you how you treat them.

The best one was when they tugged me just after I came off the A1(M)

"do you know how fast you were going son?"

"No officer, to be perfectly honest I was just cruising with the traffic trying to get back to work"

"Well our in car radar thingy clocked you at an average of 96.summit mph through the Hatfield tunnel!"

"erm sorry"

"do you have any points on your licence?"

"erm, no (craps panties)"

"dont do it again, now on yer way son"
