they are current under the totting up system for 3 years. They stay on your licence for 4 years but are not current in the 4th year.

Thought it was 3 for insurance purposes, but stay on the license for 4 years???

how did u collect all them then Ojc? my mate had loadsa points, lost his lisence, did a re-test a year later and got a clean lisence so he says!

21 for driving without a valid license which then makes your insurance invalid which then means the court tots up your points

Basically he had 3 points, and got 3 more points which he thought had been added after he had been allowed to have 12 points (goes from 6 to 12), but in actual fact they added them on before and thus he got his license revoked but they didn't inform him of this. He then drove / rode on this license until one day the police stopped him on his bike and pointed out his license had been revoked.

anotherwords ... Points for driving without license, and without a license insurance becomes invalid so more points there - plus the original speeding convictions I guess.

My mate only got 8 for driving his mums car underage, obviously no license, and obviously no insurance. He knocked over a bollard at a McD's drive through and he also ran from the car when the police pulled him. Funny thing is they only pulled him coz his lights werent on, but he legged it Silly fuckwit!
