read this a while back,
couldn't believe it. I couldn't tell if this guy was joking about but seemed quite serious.

the biscuit taker was the bit where someone highlighted where not to install the unit by highlighting it 'NO' with a red circle around it, and the fool took that for Nitrous Oxide (NO).
