I have an R reg 1.6 Corsa Sport. Only engine mod is an old K&N which am gonna ditch cause it feels like shit with it on.
Wots the best mods for best power gain...not lookin into mega bucks like throttle bodies or cams etc..
I have read the FAQ's but its not got a variety of products available.

if you have the old air box, put that back on and replace the filter with a K&N (or similar) panel filter.
then drill loadsa holes in it and duct some cold air to the holes
should think there will be a more detailed explanation in the FAQ's
straight through exhaust will give you an extra 1,2,3bhp but most will sound pretty cack IMO
then id aim to remove some weight, its your cheapest route to better exceleration!!
