I get e-mail through Tiscali which i view via their site. Can i set it so i can view through Outlook Express?

Yes u need there incoming and outgoing mail servers...your username and password...and obviously email address...thats all...then its easy to set up!

Go to tools > accounts > Click on add on right hand side > select mail > and input details listed above...easy peasy!!!
