can you still buy this stuff?

basically its for repairing cracked gearbox housings etc

i cant find it anywhere on the net

its not for a gearbox, its for a PAS rack that has a slow steady drip from a slack rivet

if i was to weld it the whole rack would have to come out, whereas i can just cover it with this
