Wot u can do is : Goto the page where its at, right click and find the filename & location and where is embedded in the HTML coding (view source).
For example, if the filename is FLASH.SWF and the page your on is http://www.domain.com then you will need to open a web editing software such as dreamweaver, make a link to http://www.domain.com/flash.swf and preview it in browser.
When you see it in the browser, right click and choose save as, decide where to save it, and hey presto its on your computer. from then on just open it with internet explorer or whatever.
