a work colleague didn't relise his MOT was 10days invalid and got a producer. He has had a court sumuns but has wrote to the court pleading guilty with his story about forgetting. The maximum penalty is £1000, you cannot recieve points or a jail sentence. Has anyone had this, if so what was the fine?

Yeah if hes got a clean license and no criminal record you'll probably find that he will only get like a £50 fine and the £35 costs.
