Woulnt think so, would make it too easy to steal cars to order + that guy you cut up will be able to find your hoose etc if there was

i know what your saying but i am after a Reg Plate, there has got to be some way....
as how do the Reg companys find out who owns reg's when they have customers who want there reg?

will ring DVLA and see if they can contact the owner for me

i need this reg as i could prob get it for a song, as its on a old B-reg car
could get the full car for fuk all

Off the DVLA web site

The vehicle Check Service is a premium rate telephone service and
calls are charged at 49p per minute. The telephone number is 0906 185 8585.
This service operates Monday to Friday between 80am and 8:30pm, also Saturday
between 80am to 5:30pm.

You can obtain the name and address of the registered keeper of a vehicle if you can show
reasonable cause for needing the information
