depends how bad it is
most likely fibreglass the back of the bumper over the crack to give it some strength then skim some filler over the front of the crack and flat it down flush with the bumper,then respray as usual.

yeah it's fibreglass. how much will that cost? it's just a small crack i'll try n get a pic tomorrow.
